Soup and French Bread

Just to update all ---- Guess what I'm on Twitter! Follow me at: Ya I know totally crazy but I don't want to be old and left out of the cool things to do in this modern techno world! Today I am creating Chicken Rice Soup. Ohhhhh it smells so yummy in my house today! Recipe: 1 large baked chicken breast 1/2 cup uncooked rice 2 stalks of celery 1 large onion (your choice of type I use yellow) 1 large zucchini 6 white mushrooms 1 teaspoon pepper 2 garlic cloves chopped 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original 1/2 teaspoon salt two tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon Herb De Provence 3 1/2 cups water Remember to wash/clean all veggies before cutting and cooking with other items! Cut pre-baked chicken breast into bit size cubes (about 1/2" to 1 square) Cut zucchini in large cubes (1" to 2" square) slice & dice the celery stalks slice mushrooms thinly chop onion into bit size pieces Toss all into 5 qt pot, add water - butter and seasoning, add uncooked rice. Cook on medium heat until boiling, let boil 5 minutes stir a few times, then decrease heat to low and cook for 1 hour. You will need to stir this a few times while cooking; rice does like to stick to bottoms of pans when cooking May I say its totally YUMMM OOOOOOOOO! Serves 4 healthy adults easily, add Garlic French Bread and boom Dinner is served!
